How to maintain artificial grass?

- Artificial grass can be cleaned with soap if necessary
- Clean up paper and plastic scraps regularly
- Remove leaves with a rake or leaf blower and clear away branches
- Remove food residues and rinse with water
- Remove animal and pet droppings and rinse spots with water
- Brush up the grass fibres with a hard broom or brush machine
- Giving the grass a fresh look can also be done with a leaf blower

Bruising caused by garden furniture or planters should be removed with a stiff brush.
Dry autumn days are an opportune time for artificial grass repair. You can easily replace a damaged piece of artificial grass, for example due to glowing charcoal or paint, by placing a new piece of artificial grass there.
- Easily remove chewing gum by hardening it with ice cubes.
- Chemicals such as motor oil, petrol, bleach and paint should not come into contact with your artificial grass. The chemicals can cause discolouration and increased risk of wear.
- Like any other floor covering, artificial grass carpet is not resistant to burning objects such as cigarettes and charcoal.
- Do not flood an artificial grass surface. For example, it is not good to empty a pool onto the artificial turf at once.
- Do not walk on artificial grass during extreme cold, ice and snow!
